So, you want to submit your photos... please e-mail them to the following address, after reading the submission guidelines below: |
GUIDELINES YOU SHOULD PROBABLY FOLLOW images should be at least 400 x 300 at 300 pixels/inch to be displayed properly in our gallery, but not much bigger than that, in the interest of space-saving. If you mess up, we'll let you know. most file formats are ok, but we'll like you better if you submit jpgs. files should be submitted with: date taken (at least the year. Make it up, if you can't remember), location, and name of the picture-taker (If you have a website or webpage, include it and we'll make your name link to it in the gallery). A descriptive blurb about the photo is very very nice, but not completely necessary. We'll credit you if we add your picture to the gallery. photos should be of ordinary things (or unordiary things in an ordinary location) looking strange, beautiful, out of their element, etc... if you've looked at our gallery, you've got the idea. photos should not be of cute babies or kittens or sunsets unless there is something interesting about them. Please. we will not use your work on any of our for-sale items without your permission. Eventually, we plan to feature an artist/image of the month on our homepage. With consent of the photographer, we hope to offer limited edition items with some of their work on them. We'll see. if you have any questions, just e-mail them to our submissions address. |
